Returns Policy

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase but should you wish to return or exchange an item you can return items to us within 14 days from the day on which you receive the product.

You have a legal obligation to take care of items while they are in your possession. If you fail to do so, we may have a claim against you for compensation. Items are your responsibility until they reach us.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. For your own protection we recommend that you send the goods using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

CDs, Vinyls etc.

  • Prior to returning any items to us please contact us at orders@circus-records.co.uk, quoting your order number, details of the product and reason for return.
  • We will advise you what to do and if we can accept the return.
  • Please note that your right to return an item does not apply to audio and video recordings including CDs and vinyls where the product has been opened or unsealed as we cannot be sure in these circumstances that copies of the product have not been made.

Clothing

  • Items must be returned to Circus Records c/o James Charles House, 37A Aylesbury Street, Bletchley, Milton Keynes MK2 2BQ.
  • Please return the item(s) with the original packaging and the receipt.
  • You must include your name and address, and confirm whether you would like a refund or exchange.
  • If the items are faulty or damaged please state this as the reason for return, and enclose details of the cost to return the item to us.
  • If you would like to exchange the item please advise the size and colour of the replacement required. No additional postage will be charged for exchanges.

When you cancel or return goods we will provide a refund of the cost of the goods within a maximum of 30 days from the date we receive notice of your cancellation or return.

If goods are damaged or faulty we will refund the price of the item in full, including the cost of delivering the item to you and the cost of returning the item to us. If you return goods for any other reason we will refund the price of the item in full, including the cost of delivering the item to you. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

We will refund the delivery charge in full if you return all items of your order at the same time. If you choose to keep some of the items, we will retain the balance of the delivery charge that applies to the items you keep.

Refunds for goods purchased under a promotional offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price.
