To make a purchase through our online store you will need to register your details at the checkout, and you can then place an order.
In order to purchase items via the website you will need to register your details to create an account, and provide information including your name, email address, telephone number, and billing and shipping addresses.
By signing up for an account you have easy access to any downloads you purchase and keep track of all your orders.
To access, update, or change your personal information, you can log into your Circus Records account. Alternatively you can check the information that we hold about you at any time by emailing us at info@circus-records.co.uk and asking for details. We may charge you a fee of £10 which covers our costs in providing you with the data required.
Goods are only available to order online via the Circus Records website, orders are not accepted by email or post.
Delivery charges, where applicable, vary according to the method of shipping you select, and your delivery address. The delivery charge for your order will be calculated and displayed on screen prior to your payment details being taken.
There are no delivery charges for downloads.
Yes, however when purchasing goods from our website for delivery outside the UK, you will need to ensure you observe and comply with all relevant regulations and legislation local to you, including obtaining all required customs, import or other permits. You are also responsible for payment of any import duties or taxes that may be payable for items ordered from our website for delivery outside the UK which will be levied once the goods reach their destination country or specific destination. We have no control of these charges and cannot advise what they may be.
All our payment transactions are processed by PayPal. You place your order on our site and proceed through the checkout where your order is encrypted and passed to PayPal to complete payment. PayPal accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, Visa Delta, Switch and Solo (and any other card agreed by them from time to time).
We will send you an order confirmation to the email address you provide, which is your proof of purchase.
Payment will be taken at the time you place your order.
After you have confirmed your order you will not be able to amend it, however if you decide that you no longer require the goods you can cancel your order.
Downloads: You will be sent an email confirming details of how to download your music. You can download each item up to five times, within a maximum of 5 days from when the first download is made.
Physical Products (CDs, Vinyl, Merchandise, Clothing etc.): We will normally despatch orders on the next working day but please allow 5-10 working days for delivery to the UK, and longer for delivery to other countries. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your goods within 30 days of placing your order please notify as soon as possible by emailing us at orders@circus-records.co.uk so that we can resolve the issue.
To prolong the life and condition of clothing items we recommend that you turn garments inside out before machine washing, do not wash over 30º, and do not iron direct onto the printed area.
We reserve the right to cancel orders prior to despatch where we are not able to supply the goods ordered for any reason. You will receive a full refund if we have to cancel your order.
Downloads: We are not able to cancel your purchase once we begin the process of supplying your download.
Physical Products (CDs, Vinyl, Merchandise, Clothing etc.): To cancel, you must inform us in writing via email to orders@circus-records.co.uk. You must include your order reference, your name and address, and details of the item(s) you wish to cancel.
If the item(s) have not been despatched we will cancel the order and we will refund payment in accordance with our Refunds policy – please see our Terms and Conditions.
If the item(s) have been despatched to you and we are unable to stop the delivery, you can return the item to us in accordance with our Returns Policy.
