Delivery

Our delivery charges, where applicable, are displayed as part of the order process. The delivery charge for your order will be calculated and displayed on screen prior to your payment details being taken.

You are responsible for payment of any import duties or taxes that may be payable for items ordered from our website for delivery outside the UK which will be levied once the goods reach their destination country or specific destination. We have no control of these charges and cannot advise what they may be. You are responsible for ensuring that you comply with all applicable laws and regulations for the country to which goods are to be delivered. We will not be liable for any breach of any such laws by you.

We will deliver the goods to the shipping address you specify in your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that this address is accurate.

You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you.

Downloads


You will be sent an email confirming details of how to download your music. You can download each item up to five times, within a maximum of 5 days from when the first download is made.

Physical Products (CDs, Vinyl, Merchandise, Clothing etc.)


We will normally despatch orders on the next working day but please allow 5-10 working days for delivery to the UK, and longer for delivery to other countries. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).

Our merchandise and vinyl are always shipped separately so if you order both you will receive two tracking numbers (by email) when your order is shipped.

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your goods within 30 days of placing your order please notify as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your items within 30 days of the date of your order, we shall not be liable if we fail to do so either in part or in full due to circumstances which are beyond our control. In this situation we will be liable only to make good any shortage or non-delivery or to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.

A signature may be required at delivery. By placing an order you are authorising us to accept signature from another person on your behalf if you need to sign for an item and you are not present at the time of delivery.

Ownership of the goods passes to you as soon as the goods are delivered and/or signed for. If your order is returned to us undelivered due to circumstances beyond our control you will be held responsible for all re-shipping costs.
